We are Space for Play, we are play space architects with a strong international network of partners, experienced in co-designing spaces to play & meet.  We have specialised in turning grey city spaces into climate adaptive, green inclusive play space! to play, learn, move and meet.
 
Our integral approach helps communities, cities, schools and designers to join forces in greenifying their cities together with their future generation into more inclusive cities!
 
The basis of our process are four steps: Co-Learn, Co-design, Co-construct & Co-Plant and Co-maintenance: this process truly empowers children and their communities, creating future climate & play ambassadors.

Sancta Maria School

A secondary school once dominated by bike parking was transformed into a vibrant space where students meet and enjoy their time between classes.

De Dolfjin School

A grey schoolyard and public square were redesigned into a vibrant green landscape where primary school children and neighbourhood children can play and gather.

Van Houte Special needs School

A school for children with intellectual and socio-emotional challenges was transformed into a natural space where they can play, learn, withdraw, and flourish.

Tanzania School

Simple elements and spatial interventions were designed to invite children to play while supporting diverse learning goals, demonstrating how outdoor spaces can enhance learning through play.
