Design projects

Playspaces in public space are more than just a place to play: community spaces where children mingle, where children (and their caretakers) from diverse cultures and different socio-economic backgrounds meet.

We start with a neighbourhood analysis, combining social mapping with community participation. They teach us about their neighbourhood, about social safety, traffic safety, the use of places, their preferred pedestrian and cycling routes, their preferred places to play, sport or meet and about the places to avoid.

We integrate all the input, co-design with the community, in order to create true climate adaptive community places, nature in urban areas, inviting people from 0-100 to play, to meet, to be active or to wind down.
